QI Funding
Summary of QI Initiative
The goal of the non-competitive QI funding program is to increase capacity and capabilities to enable direct allocation of resources by CCBC partner primary care practices and hospitals to engage in quality improvement activities that support the CCBC goals and interventions developed in collaboration by the Operating Board, Steering Committee and CCBC partners. The QI funding program allows CCBC partners the opportunity to design and implement QI activities within their organizations that may be unique to their circumstances while still linked to the overall CCBC interventions and goals.
