2013 Annual Report

On behalf of the Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI) and the State of Louisiana, I would like to thank all Crescent City Beacon Community (CCBC) partners and staff and express how excited we are to be part of this ground-breaking federal initiative from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.  As one of only 17 communities selected to participate in the Beacon Community Cooperative Agreement Program, this initiative will help Louisiana and the Greater New Orleans area develop innovative health information technology (HIT)-enabled interventions for health care providers and the population at large.
